Der Verein "Grüner Kreis" steht für die Rehabilitation und Integration suchtkranker Menschen und bietet als führende Einrichtung in Österreich bei Abhängigkeitsproblemen rasche und professionelle Hilfe.

"Eine Organisation ist nur so gut wie ihre Mitarbeiter_innen". Das vorrangige Ziel unseres Vereins ist eine optimale soziale und berufliche Rehabilitation und Integration aller unserer Patient_innen. 280 Mitarbeiter_innen setzen sich täglich dafür ein und begleiten suchtkranke Menschen auf ihrem Weg aus der Sucht zurück in die Gesellschaft.

Wir suchen: 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in für die Sonderkrankenanstalt Marienhof

Ihre Tätigkeiten

* Unterstützung beim Aufnahmeverfahren der Patient_innen im multiprofessionellen Team

* Erstellung der Anamnese/Assessment

* Versorgung der peripheren Sozialhilfeeinrichtungen - Binder, Waldheimat, Meierhof, Villa, Königsberghof und Treinthof

* Durchführung von:

** Blutabnahmen

** Harnabgaben

** EKG

** Vitalzeichenkontrollen

** Medikamentenmanagement

* Arbeitszeiten: Teilzeit/Vollzeit

* Bereitschaft für Nacht- und Wochenenddienste (nach Absprache)

* Führerschein B und eigenes Auto zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes von Vorteil

Wir erwarten uns

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Diplomierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Reflexionsbereitschaft

* Hohe Resilienz und Belastbarkeit, auch in konfliktreichen und stressigen Situationen

* Fähigkeit zur Krisenintervention

* Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Professioneller Umgang in der Arbeit mit suchtkranken Menschen und Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen

* Wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber unseren Klient_innen

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen in jedem Alter

* Bereitschaft für Nacht- und Wochenenddienste

* Grundkenntnisse am Computer (Windows, MS-Office, Teams)

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse, um im persönlichen Kontakt mit den Patient_innen, aber auch in der Kommunikation im Team und mit anderen medizinischen Fachkräften

* Führerschein B und eigenes Auto zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes von Vorteil

* Sonderausbildung Krankenhaushygiene oder "Basales und Mittleres Pflegemanagement von Vorteil

Wir bieten

* 37-45 Wochenstunden (inkl. 8 Stunden Nachtarbeitsbereitschaft vor Ort)

* Gehalt auf Basis von SWÖ-KV, 37 Wochenstunden:

EUR € 3.074,80 (= analog SWÖ-KV, Verwendungsgruppe 7/1. Dienstjahr inkl. Aufzahlung Pflegekräfte) + Vordienstjahre, SEG-Zulage
