Dein Monatsgehalt (14 Mal) als ausgebildete:r Mitarbeiter:innen beträgt laut SWÖ-

Kollektivvertrag, für 37 Stunden pro Woche je nach Berufserfahrung € 3.074,80 - 3.538,90

Euro brutto. Dazu kommt die SEG-Zulage.

Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest und betreust Menschen mit intellektueller Beeinträchtigung, die

Unterstützungsbedarf haben und herausfordernde Verhaltensweisen mitbringen. Dabei

stellst du die selbstbestimmte Lebensgestaltung der zu begleitenden Menschen in den

Mittelpunkt deines Tuns.

Du gestaltest in dieser abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit den Wohnalltag unserer

Bewohner:innen und unterstützt sie bei der Basisversorgung (Körperpflege, Essen, Hygiene,

Gesundheitsvorsorge).

Als Springer:in vertrittst du deine Teammitglieder, vor allem auch zu Haupturlaubszeiten.

* Durchführung und Anordnung von professioneller Pflege und Betreuung im Rahmen des

GuKG

* personzentrierte Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung

* wertschätzende und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im multidisziplinären Team - und der

professionelle Austausch der Berufsgruppen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und externen Therapeuten

* Unterstützung zur Selbstermächtigung und Selbstbestimmung

* organisatorische Tätigkeiten

* pflegerisches Wissen aktuell zu halten

Deine Kompetenzen

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung lt. GuKG mit vorhandener Eintragung im

Gesundheitsberuferegister

* zeitliche Flexibilität (spontanes Einspringen wird finanziell abgegolten)

* eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* auch in schwierigen Situationen Ruhe und Klarheit zu bewahren

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und ein offenes aufeinander zugehen

* Bereitschaft das pflegerische Wissen aktuell zu halten
