Dein Monatsgehalt (14 Mal) als ausgebildete:r Mitarbeiter:in beträgt laut SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, für 37 Stunden pro Woche je nach Berufserfahrung 3.074,80-3.538,90 Euro brutto. Dazu kommt die SEG-Zulage.

* Durchführung und Anordnung von professioneller Pflege und Betreuung im Rahmen des GuKG

* personzentrierte Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung

* wertschätzende und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im multidisziplinären Team - und der professionelle Austausch der Berufsgruppen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und externen Therapeuten

* Unterstützung zur Selbstermächtigung und Selbstbestimmung

* organisatorische Tätigkeiten

* pflegerisches Wissen aktuell zu halten

Deine Kompetenzen

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung lt. GuKG mit vorhandener Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* zeitliche Flexibilität (spontanes Einspringen wird finanziell abgegolten)

* eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* auch in schwierigen Situationen Ruhe und Klarheit zu bewahren

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und ein offenes aufeinander zugehen

* Bereitschaft das pflegerische Wissen aktuell zu halten
