Wir suchen ab sofort im Ausmaß von 32 Wochenstunden in Kapfenberg eine*n 1 (Diplom-) Fachsozialbetreuer*in BA/BB oder Pflegeassistent*in

im vollzeitbetreuten Wohnen für Menschen mit Behinderung

Das Aufgabenfeld: Individuell und selbstständig

* Du begleitest Menschen mit Behinderung und hohem bis höchstem Pflegebedarf und sorgst für einen abwechslungsreichen Alltag.

* Am Willen der Kund*innen orientiert: die Begleitung bei der Haushaltsführung, Freizeitgestaltung, Pflege und beim Kontakt mit dem sozialen Umfeld erfolgt in Abstimmung und nach den Bedürfnissen der Kund*innen.

* Wir bieten unseren Kund*innen Begleitung im Rahmen des vollzeitbetreuten Wohnens, aber auch Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben unter Einbeziehung des Sozialraumes.

Dein Profil? Fachlich kompetent und an den Stärken des Menschen orientiert

* Du bist (Diplom-) Fachsozialbetreuer*in BA oder BB, Pflegeassistent*in, DGKP oder hast eine vergleichbare pädagogische Ausbildung (Studium der Pädagogik mit Schwerpunkt Heil- und Sonderpädagogik, Soziale Arbeit oder das Kolleg für Sozialpädagogik) absolviert sowie eine UBV-Schulung.

* Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrungen im Wohn- und Pflegebereich sowie in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Doppeldiagnosen.

* Du bist ein/e Netzwerker*in und förderst die Kooperation sowohl im Team als auch mit dem sozialen Umfeld der Kund*innen.

* Du verfügst über hohe soziale Kompetenz, Reflexionsfähigkeit, Empathie, Kreativität und Neugierde.

* Was braucht es noch? Einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

* Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beläuft sich auf 3.074,80 EUR plus SEG Zulage (Basis Vollzeit). Die Höhe des Gehalts ist abhängig von der Anzahl Ihrer Berufsjahre.
