Wir suchen 3 Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP) (m/w/d) Arbeitgeber: Seniorenhilfe "Junge Panther"

Standort: Wien

Beschäftigungsausmaß: [Vollzeit/Teilzeit]

Eintrittsdatum: [Nach Vereinbarung]

Verdienst: 3.074,80 € brutto monatlich (laut Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich - SWÖ, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen gemäß den Vorgaben des Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetzes (GuKG)

* Planung, Organisation und Dokumentation von Pflegeprozessen

* Beratung und Anleitung von Klient*innen, Angehörigen sowie Heimhilfen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt*innen, Therapeut*innen und weiteren Gesundheitspartner*innen

* Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der betreuten Personen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Hygienestandards und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen

* Mitwirkung an internen Fortbildungen und Team-Meetings

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP)

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Hauskrankenpflege oder Betreuung älterer Menschen

* Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
