Die Einrichtung der Laube GmbH "Intensiv betreutes Wohnen" in Zell am See bietet Interessierten eine Vollzeit bzw. Teilzeit - Beschäftigung in den verschiedenen Bereichen der psychosozialen Betreuung.

In den Einrichtungen des "Intensiv betreuten Wohnens" sind mehrere Wohnplätze für psychiatrisch erkrankte erwachsene Klient*innen mit unterschiedlich intensivem Unterstützungs- und Pflegebedarf. Es ist unser Anstreben den Klient*innen eine bestmöglichste Lebensqualität zu ermöglichen und eine Reintegration zu fördern. Unser gemeinsames Ziel ist die Unterstützung der individuellen, ressourcenorientierten Weiterentwicklung und Selbstbestimmung.

Zur Unterstützung suchen wir: 1 Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*innen bzw. Diplomierte psychiatrische Gesundheits- und Kranken-pfleger*innen ab sofort in Voll- bzw. Teilzeit Beschäftigung nach Vereinbarung

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

- die Entscheidung über die Gestaltung der individuellen Entwicklungsprozesse im Rahmen des

Bezugsbetreuungskonzeptes und der internen Angebote.

Neben den Tätigkeiten des Bezugsbetreuungsmodells sind Sie verantwortlich für:

- Individuelle spezifische Pflege, interdisziplinäre Betreuungsplanung, Medikamententraining, organisatorische

Zusammenarbeit mit Haus- und Fachärzten, Abhalten von Pflegegruppen, regelmäßige Einzelgespräche u.v.m.

Wir erwarten von Ihnen Teamfähigkeit, selbständiges Arbeiten sowie die Vernetzung und gemeinsame

Planung im interdisziplinären Betreuungsteam.

Wir bieten Ihnen:

* Entlohnung nach SWÖ-KV, Verwendungsgruppe 7, bei 37 Wochenstunden

ab monatlich € 2.996,90 brutto bei Vollzeit, Überzahlung nach Vordienstzeiten möglich

* zusätzliche Aufzahlung der freiwilligen SEG-Zulage und Zuschläge bei Nachtdiensten sowie

Sonn- und Feiertagen

* zusätzliche freie Tage an Weihnachten und Silvester lt. SWÖ-KV

* erhöhter Urlaubsanspruch bereits nach 1-jähriger Betriebszugehörigkeit lt. SWÖ-KV

sowie 30 Urlaubstage ab Vollendung des 43. Lebensjahres

* kostenloses Parken und gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung

* vergünstigter Mittagstisch
