Das Haus Weinitzen ist eine Pflegeeinrichtung für Menschen, die auf Grund einer psychischen Erkrankung und/oder einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung einer umfassenden Pflege und Betreuung bedürfen. Um unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern dafür ein optimales Umfeld zu gewährleisten, sind unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sorgfältig ausgesucht und ausschließlich bestens ausgebildet. 1 Diplomierte psychiatrische Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (m/w/d)

Beschäftigungsbeginn: ab sofort

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Teilzeit / Vollzeit

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* das Diplom für psychiatrische Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* ein aktueller Eintrag im Gesundheitsberufsregister

IHR PROFIL:

* Abschluss des Hochschullehrgangs "Akademische:r Expert:in in psychiatrischer Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege" gemäß § 67 GuKG (wünschenswert)

* Fähigkeit, auf individuelle Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner einzugehen

* Fertigkeit zur fachlich kompetenten Betreuung von Menschen, die sich uns anvertraut haben

* Fähigkeit zur wertschätzenden und empathischen Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe

* Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen

* Wir sind uns als Gesundheitsunternehmen unserer Vorbildfunktion und unserer Verantwortung sehr bewusst. Für diese Position wird entsprechend dem österreichischem Impfplan empfohlener Impfschutz für Beschäftigte im Gesundheitswesen vorausgesetzt.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* die Übernahme von pflegerischen Kernkompetenzen,

* die Mitwirkung in der medizinischen Diagnostik und Therapie

* die Übernahme von Kompetenzen im multiprofessionellen Versorgungsteam sowie

* die Übernahme von weiteren Kompetenzen gemäß §13 GuKG

GEHALT:

Die Entlohnung erfolgt auf Basis des SWÖ Kollektivvertrages und richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Ihrem gewünschten Beschäftigungsausmaß.

Das Bruttogehalt beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis (37h/Woche) monatlich mind. € 3.458,23 (exkl. variabler Zulagen).

Über Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt, welches sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Ihren Vordienstzeiten richtet, möchten wir gerne gemeinsam mit Ihnen sprechen.

Zusätzlich wird der Pflegebonus von € 135,50 monatlich ausbezahlt (mindestens im Jahr 2026, weiterführend je nach Verordnung).
