* Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Pflege- und Betreuungsprogrammen

* Anleitung, Begleitung und Beurteilung von Mitarbeiter:innen und Auszubildenden

* Ständige Erweiterung der Kompetenzen im Rahmen von Fort- und Weiterbildungen

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt nach Anrechnung von 10 Dienstjahren EUR 4.057,83 (VWG 7, Stufe 6 - Vollzeit, SWÖ-KV, inkl. SEG Zulage, Pflegebonus, Aufzahlung KV) zzgl. variabler Zulagen und Zuschläge.

Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation) besprechen wir gerne im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs

Neu in der Pflege, Quereinstieg oder umgeschult? Wir rechnen 50% bis zu einem Ausmaß von 10 Jahren fachfremder Berufserfahrung an.
