Een stevige, verbindende en resultaatgerichte leider die inhoud en strategie weet te verbinden, rust én energie brengt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen het belang van de eigen zorggroep en dat van het ziekenhuis als geheel. Het Catharina Ziekenhuis is een financieel gezond, topklinisch ziekenhuis met circa 4.500 medewerkers en een omzet van € 625 miljoen. Vanuit de strategische koers 2025-2035 'Zorg voor onze regio' ontwikkelt het ziekenhuis zich verder naar een netwerkgerichte organisatie, met een sterke focus op toegankelijke, betaalbare en hoogwaardige zorg, innovatie en samenwerking in de Brainportregio. Die regio kent een bijzonder profiel: snelle groei, een internationale en technologisch gedreven economie en een toenemende, veranderende zorgvraag. Dat vergroot de urgentie om zorg slimmer te organiseren en biedt tegelijk unieke kansen voor samenwerking met zorgpartners, kennisinstellingen en het bedrijfsleven. Als Directeur Zorg en Bedrijfsvoering ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor een brede zorggroep met negen RVE's en circa 628 fte. Je vertaalt de ziekenhuisbrede strategie naar de zorggroep, verbindt zorginhoud, bedrijfsvoering en mensen en stuurt op kwaliteit, veiligheid, patiënttevredenheid, capaciteit en resultaat. Tegelijkertijd draag je als lid van het directieteam medeverantwoordelijkheid voor de koers en ontwikkeling van het Catharina Ziekenhuis als geheel.
