Als Director Accountancy krijg je binnen een groeiende accountancygroep met meerdere kantoren en meer dan 100 collega's een stevige leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid. Je combineert jouw expertise in accountancy met people management, klantenrelaties en het verder uitbouwen van de organisatie.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende teams, kantoren en experten. Je krijgt de vrijheid om initiatief te nemen, verbeteringen te realiseren en mee te bepalen hoe de accountancywerking verder groeit.

Een rol voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, mensen in beweging krijgt en energie haalt uit bouwen aan een sterke organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket

Als Director Accountancy krijg je een brede en gevarieerde verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Je stuurt en begeleidt meerdere accountancyteams en ondersteunt collega's in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en uniformiteit van de accountancywerking over verschillende kantoren heen.
  • Je bouwt actief aan duurzame klantenrelaties en bent een strategische sparringpartner voor ondernemers.
  • Je denkt mee over complexe accountancy- en financiële vraagstukken en zorgt voor kwalitatief advies.
  • Je coacht en motiveert medewerkers en helpt hen om hun talenten verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je stimuleert kennisdeling en samenwerking tussen verschillende teams en disciplines.
  • Je neemt initiatief en krijgt de ruimte om jouw eigen visie en ideeën in de praktijk te brengen.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een ervaren accountancyprofessional die klaar is om een bredere verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met een sterke people mindset en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar initiatief en ondernemerschap gewaardeerd worden.

Daarnaast:

  • Je hebt een sterke ervaring binnen accountancy, 15jaar ervaring boekhoudkantoren
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardig ervaringsniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, coachen of begeleiden van teams.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet verschillende stakeholders met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Je denkt proactief en ondernemend en ziet mogelijkheden om de organisatie verder te versterken.
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet duurzame professionele relaties op te bouwen.
  • Je krijgt energie van mensen laten groeien én een organisatie laten evolueren.
