  • Accueillir et veiller au bien-être physique et psychologique des enfants qui lui sont confiés ;
  • Proposer des activités qui favorisent l'autonomie de l'enfant et ce, dans le respect de son rythme et de ses besoins ;
  • Travailler en partenariat avec les parents à tout moment de l'accueil de l'enfant ;
  • Gérer et organisation du personnel encadrant,
  • Appliquer les normes de sécurité, de santé , d'hygiène pour prévenir les accidents et éviter les contagions
  • Mettre en oeuvre le projet d'accueil de la Maison d'enfants dans le respect du Code de qualité de l'accueil de l'ONE ( l'Office de la Naissance et de l'Enfance)
  • Participer à des réunions d'équipes et des formations continuées
  • S'exprimer correctement en français
  • Il vous sera demandé de la patience, de la ponctualité, de l'assiduité, un sens des responsabilités, de la créativités et avoir beaucoup d'amour pour les enfants est un critère principal d'intérêt pour les fonctions proposées.

Description du profil souhaité:

  • Une très bonne connaissance de l'enfant de 0 à 3 ans au niveau, psychologique, moteur et de ses besoins;
  • Des qualités relationnelles importantes ;
  • La faculté de travailler avec des tout-petits mais également avec la famille;
  • Travailler en équipe ;
  • Adapter son horaire en fonction des besoins du service ;
  • Respecter le secret professionnel et les consignes ;

Vous vous montrez capable de faire preuve de droiture, de réserve, de respect des réglementations et de la hiérarchie dans l'exercice de votre fonction.

Respecter la déontologie de la profession et le secret professionnel; vous êtes attaché aux valeurs du service public et familiarisé à ses principes fondamentaux. Vous disposez d'un casier judiciaire vierge de moins de 6 mois.
