Als Coördinator Garage & Interventie ben jij de spilfiguur tussen onze garage, chauffeurs, werfleiding en administratie. Dankzij jouw planning, opvolging en organisatie blijft ons machine- en voertuigenpark optimaal functioneren. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud, herstellingen en technische interventies vlot verlopen en dat alle administratieve processen correct opgevolgd worden.

Een veelzijdige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, autonomie en ruimte voor initiatief.

Jouw uitdaging

Technische coördinatie & interventies

  • Je stuurt de mecaniciens binnen onze garage aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte werkplanning.
  • Je organiseert en volgt onderhouds- en herstellingswerken op.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische problemen en coördineert depannages van A tot Z.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met chauffeurs, werfleiders en externe partners om snel tot oplossingen te komen.
  • Je waakt erover dat voertuigen en machines steeds veilig, conform en operationeel blijven.

Administratief materiaalbeheer

  • Je beheert alle voertuiggebonden documenten zoals keuringen, vergunningen, boorddocumenten en OBU-registraties.
  • Je volgt technische dossiers administratief nauwkeurig op.
  • Je beheert het brandstofsysteem en staat in voor de opvolging van badges, leverbons en contacten met leveranciers.
  • Je stelt technische fiches op en houdt materiaal- en voertuiginformatie actueel.
  • Je analyseert processen en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties op vlak van efficiëntie, organisatie en kostenbeheersing.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een technische, logistieke richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische, logistieke of operationele omgeving.
  • Ervaring in een coördinerende functie is een sterke troef.
  • Je combineert technische kennis met een sterke administratieve nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt proactief en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen op een positieve manier aan te sturen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
