The posting

Als dispatcher ben je de centrale schakel in de distributie van dagbladen binnen jouw toegewezen regio. Je waakt over een vlot en efficiënt verloop van de dagelijkse operaties en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen optimaal functioneren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Het opvolgen en optimaliseren van de distributieroutes binnen de toegewezen regio;
  • Het aansturen en briefen van bedelers en subcontractors over de te volgen routes, evenals het communiceren en opvolgen van eventuele wijzigingen;
  • Het monitoren en behandelen van klachten om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen;
  • Het onderhouden van nauw contact met de klant, inclusief rapportering en opvolging van de vooraf vastgelegde parameters.

Ben jij de dispatcher die wij zoeken?

Je handelt met de nodige daadkracht en haalt energie uit het continu verbeteren van de kwaliteit. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat actief op zoek naar optimalisaties binnen de werking.

Daarnaast beschik je over volgende kwaliteiten en vaardigheden:

  • Je bent positief ingesteld, stressbestendig en functioneert goed binnen een werkomgeving met tijdsdruk, waarbij je voldoening haalt uit het oplossen van operationele uitdagingen;
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands. Basiskennis van het Frans is vereist, een goede kennis is een duidelijke meerwaarde;
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen het volgende werkrooster: 02:00 – 10:00 (met twee zaterdagen per maand tot 10:00 en een vrije dag tijdens de week). Op termijn is er een bijkomende roterende shift van 06:00 – 14:00.
