Wij zijn op zoek naar een Dispatcher voor een bedrijf in Antwerpen (2030).

De firma is gespecialiseerd in de opslag en behandeling van soft commodities zoals groene koffie en cacao. De transportafdeling biedt een compleet dienstenpakket aan voor het vervoer van bulkgoederen, grondstoffen en bouwmaterialen, met oplossingen op maat voor transport, warehousing, douaneafhandeling en containerplanning.

Als freelance dispatcher ben je het coördinerend aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse transportplanning. Je staat in voor het efficiënt inplannen van ritten, het aansturen van chauffeurs en het garanderen van een vlotte en correcte uitvoering van transportopdrachten.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Dagelijkse opmaak en opvolging van de transportplanning
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van chauffeurs (intern en extern)
  • Coördineren van laad- en losopdrachten met magazijn en klanten
  • Communicatie met klanten, transportpartners en rederijen
  • Monitoren van leveringen en oplossen van eventuele knelpunten
  • Administratieve opvolging van transportdocumenten
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en zoeken naar efficiënte oplossingen
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als dispatcher in de transport- of logistieke sector
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt het hoofd koel in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels is vereist; kennis van Frans is een plus
  • Je bent vertrouwd met planningssoftware en MS Office
  • Flexibiliteit en beschikbaarheid op drukke momenten zijn een must
