Als Dispatcher volg je dagelijks de planning, uitvoering en operationele opvolging van chauffeurs en laders op.

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse routeplanning en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je plant chauffeurs, laders en middelen efficiënt in.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en begeleidt hen en de ploegbaas.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je controleert voertuigen, prestaties, rij- en rusttijden en verbruik.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging en rapportering.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature Dispatcher regio Gent zoeken we dit profiel:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent een creatieve probleemoplosser en een kei in organiseren.
  • Daarnaast ben je communicatief, stressbestendig en vlot in de omgang.
  • Je gaat ook steeds kostenbewust te werk.
  • Bovendien kan je vlot werken met MS Office. Kennis van SAP is een plus.
  • Je kan werken in een wisselend uurrooster (shiften van 6u tot 14u30 en van 9u30 tot 18u).
