Onze klant zoekt een administratieve professional die de technische dienst ondersteunt op vlak van planning, opvolging en klantcommunicatie. In deze functie combineer je nauwkeurigheid, stressbestendigheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een stabiele, groeiende organisatie binnen de technische dienstverlening, gekend voor hun sterke klantenrelaties en kwalitatieve service. Ze investeren in lange-termijnsamenwerkingen en bieden hun medewerkers een warme, familiale omgeving waarin teamwork en ondersteuning centraal staan.

Omschrijving

  • Administratieve en telefonische ondersteuning van de technische dienst
  • Inplannen van onderhoudscontracten, inclusief voor Key Accounts
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van planningen voor techniekers verspreid over heel België
  • Beheer van aanvragen rond vergunningen (o.a. voetgangerszones) en A1-aangiftes
  • Opvolgen en registreren van werkuren van techniekers
  • Coördinatie van onderhoud van voertuigen binnen de technische ploeg
  • Registratie en actualisatie van alle planningselementen in het ERP-systeem
  • Opnemen van de algemene planning tijdens permanenties (zomer & kerst)
  • Professioneel omgaan met klanten, ook in moeilijke of drukke situaties
  • Regelmatig contact en terugkoppeling met de techniekers, die een hecht team vormen
  • Heeft minstens een graduaatsdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Is communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en heeft een goede basis Frans
  • Is stressbestendig en klantgericht
  • Neemt initiatief en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan
  • Is flexibel en voelt zich comfortabel in een rol met veel verschillende verantwoordelijkheden
  • Is administratief sterk en houdt van structuur en planning
