Als dispatcher speel je een cruciale rol in het coördineren van transport en logistiek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, van het toewijzen van voertuigen tot het plannen van routes.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je volgt de trekkers, trailers en chauffeurs op via een track & trace en stuurt de planning bij wanneer een vracht te laat dreigt te komen.
  • Je staat permanent in contact met de internationale klanten, telefonisch en/of via email.
  • Je voert de communicatie met chauffeurs, fungeert als aanspreekpunt en reikt oplossingen aan.
  • Ervaring als dispatcher in wegtransport
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig, een goede kennis van Frans en Engels is een vereiste. (Kennis Duits is een meerwaarde)
  • Je hebt een goede geografische kennis van West Europa.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent assertief wanneer nodig
  • Stressbestendigheid en georganiseerd werken zijn je tweede natuur.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met PC (MO-pakket) en bereid andere software aan te leren
