Ihre Aufgaben

* Auftragsmanagement: Annahme von Kundenanfragen, Angebotsstellung und eigenständige Abwicklung von Transportaufträgen

* Transportplanung: Disposition von Fahrpersonal und Planenfahrzeugen unter Berücksichtigung von Touren, Terminen und wirtschaftlichen Faktoren

* Kundenbetreuung: Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen

* Qualitäts- /Terminkontrolle: Überwachung der termingerechten Lieferung und Einhaltung aller Vorgaben

* Einhaltung von Vorschriften: Sicherstellung der Beachtung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen, Lenk- und Ruhezeiten sowie Zollvorschriften

* Administrative Aufgaben: Bearbeitung von Transportdokumenten, Rechnungen und allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil - fachlich versiert, persönlich überzeugend:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition, idealerweise Planentransport

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder ähnliches von Vorteil

* Ihre kommunikative Art und Ihre Verlässlichkeit zeichnen Sie aus

* Belastbarkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denken - auch in herausfordernden Situationen

* Versierte EDV Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, Dispo-Software)

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse
