  • je checkt regelmatig of we overal volgens de juiste regels werken en zorgt dat de procedures in je winkel goed worden opgevolgd.
  • je bewaakt commerciële targets, waar je samen met je teams naartoe werkt. Een mooie mix van wins, maar ook doelstellingen op lange termijn.
  • met een slimme en kostenbewuste mindset zoek je voortdurend naar efficiënte oplossingen en ben je het ultieme voorbeeld voor je team.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en trekt ook in het Frans moeiteloos je plan.
  • bovenop je diploma hoger onderwijs heb je al een eerste ervaring van 2 a 5 jaar in de retail opgebouwd, waardoor je de theorie moeiteloos naar de werkvloer vertaalt.
  • grote teams coachen is voor jou daily business.
  • je bent een ster in organiseren en optimaliseren en krijgt een kick van processen die tot in de puntjes kloppen
  • slimme oplossingen bedenk je niet alleen maar voert ze ook direct uit terwijl je soepel meebeweegt met elke verandering.
