Grensarbeid zoekt voor het Vista collega een Docent LB Produceren, Installeren en Energie (PIE) | Team Installatietechniek

Het betreft hier een structurele functie voor het schooljaar 2026-2027 met een mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Je standplaats is Maastricht maar incidentele inzet op een andere locatie behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Jouw rol als Docent PIE

Een storing in het systeem, een defect in een installatie? Jouw hart gaat er sneller van kloppen. Weerstand, vermogen, capaciteit: dankzij jou weten onze studenten dat er een wereld achter schuilgaat. Ook voor de lessen in aanverwante vakken draai jij je hand niet om. Je krijgt energie van het vak én van onze studenten en verliest hun vermogens nooit uit het oog.

Als docent PIE verzorg je het vak (werktuigkundige) installatietechniek en elektrotechniek aan MBO-studenten. Jij weet deze mooie vakken op een persoonlijke, maar ook een eigentijdse en enthousiaste manier over te brengen op onze studenten en bij jou staat de student centraal. Vernieuwingen in het werkveld zijn er volop. Kun jij deze ook vertalen naar jouw lessen en dusdanig vormgeven zodat onze studenten enthousiast worden over het vakgebied? Kom dan ons team versterken. Je draagt hiermee bij aan een open en toegankelijk onderwijs voor iedereen en zorgt ervoor dat leren leuk is.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Het geven van lessen Installatie- en elektrotechniek op alle MBO-niveaus

• Het begeleiden en helpen van technische studenten met hun theorie, practicum- en praktijkopdrachten

• Je legt een verbinding tussen het vakgebied en de context van de beroepen waarvoor je onze studenten opleidt

• Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van het onderwijscurriculum

• Het plannen en afnemen van toetsen en examens.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Ervaring binnen de installatie- en elektrotechniek

• Je bent (bij vóórkeur) een 2e-graads bevoegd docent PIE óf je hebt je HBO afgerond én beschikt over de didactische bevoegdheid om als docent LB te functioneren in het MBO

• óf je bent bereid om deze, op kosten van het VISTA college, te behalen

• óf je hebt recente, relevante en aantoonbare ervaring in het geven van Installatietechniek en elektrotechniek (VO-MBO)

• óf je hebt recente, relevante en aantoonbare ervaring in het werkveld en daarnaast in het bezit van een hbo-diploma

• Je kunt een uitdagende leeromgeving creëren

• Je bent digitaal vaardig

• Je bent pedagogisch, vakinhoudelijk (en didactisch) competent

• Je bent ontwikkelingsgericht, flexibel en hebt een proactieve en ondernemende houding

• Je beschikt over goede organisatorische vaardigheden

• Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt ook structuur aanbrengen

• Je bent iemand met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en doorzettingsvermogen

• Je bent een teamplayer.
