De Faculteit Rechten zoekt een voltijds (100%) doctoraatsbursaal Governance en regulering van stedelijke logistiek.

Functie

  • Je werkt actief aan de voorbereiding en verdediging van een doctoraal proefschrift in het domein van Governance en regulering van duurzame stedelijke logistiek. Dit doctoraat maakt deel uit van het Europese project S³L²OGR (Smart, Social and Sustainable Last-mile Logistics Governance and Regulation), dat onderzoekt hoe steden duurzame stedelijke logistiek kunnen bevorderen via innovatieve regelgevende en governance-instrumenten. Het onderzoek focust op de analyse van juridische en beleidskaders, de identificatie van logistieke ecosystemen en stakeholderrelaties, en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe governance-oplossingen voor de last-milelogistiek. Via participatieve onderzoeksmethoden, living labs en co-creatie met overheden, bedrijven, werknemers en burgers draagt de onderzoeker bij aan beleidsinnovatie en de ontwikkeling van een Europese toolkit voor duurzame, inclusieve en economisch haalbare stedelijke logistiek. Je stelt een onderzoeksplan en bijhorende onderzoeksmethoden op in samenspraak met je promotor(en) en onderneemt de nodige administratieve stappen voor een vlot doctoraatsproces. Je voert het onderzoek efficiënt en naar gepaste standaard uit, eventueel in het buitenland, en dingt mee naar financiering voor algemene of specifieke kosten. Je rapporteert de voortgang aan je promotor(en) en commissies en presenteert je onderzoek op wetenschappelijke congressen. Je verdedigt je proefschrift openbaar en streeft naar publicatie in de wetenschappelijke pers.
  • Je levert een ondersteunende, wetenschappelijke bijdrage aan bestaande onderzoeksprojecten of onderzoekslijnen, buiten het eigen doctoraatsonderzoek.
  • Je doet mee aan de competitie voor interne of externe predoctorale financiering.
  • Naast het projectmatig onderzoek, ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor een beperkte reeks ondersteunende taken met betrekking tot onderwijs en/of onderzoeksmanagement binnen de faculteit rechten.
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in rechten of sociale wetenschappen of je behaalt het diploma uiterlijk op het moment van aanstelling.
  • Je kan uitstekende studieresultaten voorleggen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met rechtsvergelijkend onderzoek./Ervaring met empirisch juridisch onderzoek strekt tot aanbeveling.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Goede kennis van het Nederlands strekt tot aanbeveling (in het licht van de data verzameling voor dit project).
  • Je onderzoekskwaliteiten sluiten aan bij het facultaire en universitaire onderzoeksbeleid.
  • Je onderwijscompetenties sluiten aan bij de onderwijsvisie van de Universiteit Antwerpen.
  • Je gaat kwaliteitsgericht, integer, creatief en samenwerkingsgericht te wer
