Als Documentcontroller Hoogspanningstations draag je bij aan het succesvol verloop van een langdurig en innovatief infraproject. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit, structuur en organisatie van documentatie binnen het projectteam. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, levert ondersteuning bij SharePoint en bent een onmisbare schakel in het proces. Met een scherp oog voor detail en een oplossingsgerichte mindset zorg je dat alles soepel en volgens planning verloopt. Taken omvatten onder andere: - Opzetten en onderhouden van een efficiënt documentmanagementsysteem (DMS). - Controleren van technische en bouwkundige documenten op volledigheid en consistentie. - Bewaken van documentversies en zorgen voor correcte distributie. - Procesbewaking om te voldoen aan interne structuren en procedures. - Ondersteuning bieden aan collega's bij het gebruik van SharePoint en structuur hierbinnen waarborgen.
