Als doktersassistent ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen de praktijk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Het telefonisch en aan de balie te woord staan van patiënten; Het uitvoeren van telefonische triage; Het plannen en beheren van afspraken; Het verrichten van administratieve werkzaamheden; Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van medisch-technische handelingen. Wat bieden wij? Een dienstverband van 24 tot 32 uur per week; Een afwisselende en zelfstandige functie binnen een betrokken en professioneel team; Een moderne praktijk met korte lijnen en een prettige, informele werksfeer; Ruimte voor eigen initiatief, scholing en professionele ontwikkeling; Een eigen parkeerplaats én een reiskostenvergoeding conform cao Huisartsenzorg; Salaris conform de cao Huisartsenzorg, functiegroep 4, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring; 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (bij een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur), met een parttime aanspraak naar rato; 8% vakantietoeslag, een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en pensioenopbouw via PFZW; Overige arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao Huisartsenzorg. Wie zoeken wij? Je beschikt over een diploma Doktersassistent of rondt de opleiding binnenkort af. Daarnaast: werk je graag zelfstandig én samen met collega's; ben je patiëntgericht, communicatief vaardig en stressbestendig; houd je overzicht en werk je zorgvuldig; denk je in oplossingen en neem je initiatief.
