Dan nodigen we jou uit om ons team op de polikliniek Gynaecologie en Verloskunde te komen versterken! Dit is jouw baan: - Je heet patiënten hartelijk welkom en zorgt dat zij zich direct op hun gemak voelen. - Je beheert de planning, regelt doorverwijzingen en verwerkt patiëntgegevens nauwkeurig in HiX. - Je ondersteunt spreekuren, assisteert de arts waar nodig en bent telefonisch het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten. - Je werkt vaardig met digitale systemen, zoals de Beter Dichtbij-app, en maakt optimaal gebruik van moderne technologieën. Kortom, dit ben jij: - Een nauwkeurige, flexibele en patiëntgerichte gediplomeerde doktersassistent. - Het is een pré als fertiliteit ook jouw aandachtsgebied is. - Enthousiast en een echte teamspeler. - Creatief in het oplossen van planning- en agendavraagstukken, en houdt het hoofd koel in acute situaties. - Jij zorgt dat alles op de poli efficiënt en gestructureerd verloopt . Dit wordt jouw team: Ons team bestaat uit 9 gynaecologen, 9 polikliniekmedewerkers en 4 echoscopistes. Samen zorgen wij voor een klantgerichte poli en benutten we elkaars kwaliteiten. Er is een nauwe samenwerking met de verpleegafdeling Gynaecologie & Obstetrie. Jij krijgt van ons: Aantrekkelijk salaris : CAO schaal 40, maximaal € 3.959,- bruto per maand (obv 36 uur, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). Eindejaarsuitkering : 8,33%. Contract : 1 jaar, met uitzicht op een vast contract. Pensioenregeling : Bij Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn, met een gelijke inleg van 50% werknemer en 50% werkgever.
