Voor Favril Accountancy, een gevestigd en warm familiebedrijf in Herentals waar de 3e en 4e generatie hand in hand samenwerken, zoeken wij een Boekhoudkundig Dossierbeheerder. Je komt terecht in een hecht en collegiaal team van 9 professionals waar traditie en persoonlijke aanpak perfect samengaan met verdere digitalisering, AI en efficiënte werkprocessen. Hier krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig KMO-dossiers uit diverse sectoren te beheren, terwijl je altijd kunt rekenen op een open sfeer en de steun van je collega's!

?? Jouw dag als Boekhoudkundig Dossierbeheerder

  • Dossierbeheer van A tot Z: Je stelt nauwkeurig tussentijdse resultatenrekeningen, jaarafsluitingen en jaarrekeningen op.
  • Fiscale verplichtingen: Je zorgt voor de correcte afhandeling van de btw-verplichtingen en stelt de fiscale aangiften op voor de personen- en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Controle & Ondersteuning: Je bereidt fiscale controles grondig voor en begeleidt je klanten hier proactief bij.
  • Advies op maat: Je staat klaar met deskundig advies en ondersteunt klanten bij uiteenlopende boekhoudkundige en fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Samenwerking & Innovatie: Je overlegt regelmatig met je teamgenoten en maakt slim gebruik van moderne software en AI-toepassingen.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Bedrijfsmanagement (afstudeerrichting Accountancy-Fiscaliteit) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Relevante werkervaring binnen een accountancykantoor is een sterke plus.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en georganiseerd, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamplayer.
  • Je staat open voor digitalisering en innovatie, en leert graag bij over AI in het vakgebied.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van moderne accountancysoftware zoals Silverfin, Expert/M, ClearFacts of AdminPulse is een mooie troef.
