Als dossierbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig beheren van een gevarieerd klantenportfolio, gaande van eenmanszaken tot middelgrote ondernemingen. Je staat in voor de volledige boekhoudkundige opvolging van jouw dossiers en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle financiële gegevens.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het voeren en controleren van de boekhouding van A tot Z
  • Het verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, bankverrichtingen en diverse boekingen
  • Het opstellen en indienen van btw-aangiftes
  • Het voorbereiden en afwerken van jaarrekeningen en balansen
  • Het verzorgen van aangiftes in de personen- en vennootschapsbelasting
  • Het opvolgen van debiteurenbeheer
  • Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en het beantwoorden van hun vragen, eventueel in overleg met collega’s

Je denkt proactief mee met de klant en anticipeert op toekomstige boekhoudkundige en fiscale uitdagingen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, KMO-management of een gelijkaardige opleiding, of je hebt relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit en bent gemotiveerd om je verder te verdiepen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor detail
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet complexe materie op een heldere manier toe te lichten
  • Je stelt de klant centraal en handelt steeds professioneel en discreet
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als bijdragen aan een teamgerichte omgeving
  • Je toont initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht
