Ben jij een ervaren Dossierbeheerder die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en klanten begeleidt van A tot Z? Voor een groeiend en modern boekhoudkantoor in Houthalen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die wil meebouwen aan een familiaal en stabiel team. Onze klant is een dynamisch boekhoudkantoor dat dit jaar zijn 5-jarig bestaan viert. Er heerst een warme en familiale sfeer, met veel ruimte voor samenwerking, humor en een persoonlijke aanpak. Ze werken sinds dit jaar in gloednieuwe kantoren en organiseren regelmatig teammomenten, van samen lunchen op vrijdag tot teambuildingsactiviteiten.

Jouw taken:

  • Voeren van de boekhouding van A tot Z voor vennootschappen en eenmanszaken.
  • Inboeken en verwerken van aankoop-, verkoop- en financiële verrichtingen.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van BTW-aangiften en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Opmaken van tussentijdse balansen, jaarrekeningen en afsluitingen.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten bij hun boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen.
  • Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of master in accountancy, fiscaliteit, boekhouding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 6-7 jaar ervaring in een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Grondige kennis van Belgische boekhoud- en BTW-regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met software zoals ExpertM, Adsolut of gelijkaardige pakketten; kennis van Power BI is een plus.
  • Nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd ingesteld.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar bent tegelijk een echte teamspeler.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
