Functie:

Als Senior Dossierbeheerder Accountancy ben jij een onmisbare schakel voor het financiële succes van de klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van dossiers en het begeleiden van junior collega’s. Maar dit is veel meer dan enkel cijfers controleren:

  • Je adviseert klanten op een praktische, duidelijke manier en houdt van korte, directe communicatie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je krijgt ruimte om mee te denken over processen en digitale tools, zodat het werk vlot en efficiënt verloopt.

Bij onze klant is geen enkele dag hetzelfde. De focus ligt op groei – zowel voor de klant als voor jou.

Wil je uiteindelijk de ITAA-titel behalen? Dat kan. Droom je van een pad richting medevennoot? Ook dat is mogelijk. Liever een stabiele functie zonder die ambitie? Dat kan ook perfect.

  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert spontaan en open, zowel met collega’s als klanten.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in accountancy en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend.
  • Een Bachelor of Master in een financiële richting is gewenst.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor digitale tools en innovatieve werkmethoden.
