The posting

Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor. Een boekhouding voeren, aangiftes voorbereiden en dossiers afsluiten ken je dus. Maar je zoekt meer dan een volgende stapel dossiers.

Je wilt zelfstandig werken, rechtstreeks contact met klanten en collega’s die je kunt inschakelen wanneer een dossier extra expertise vraagt. Tegelijk wil je voldoende ruimte overhouden voor een leven naast het werk.

Voor een professioneel en groeiend accountancy- en advieskantoor in Kortrijk zoeken we een senior dossierbeheerder accountancy & fiscaliteit. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambitie krijg je een rol als senior accountant of supervisor.

Wat ga je doen?

Je beheert zelfstandig een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille met onder meer zelfstandigen, vrije beroepen en kmo’s uit verschillende sectoren.

Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:

  • boekhoudkundige en fiscale dossiers zelfstandig opvolgen;
  • tussentijdse resultaten en financiële rapporteringen opmaken;
  • dossiers voorbereiden en afsluiten;
  • jaarrekeningen en bijkomende verslaggeving opstellen;
  • btw-aangiftes, personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting voorbereiden en indienen;
  • fiscale vragen onderzoeken en klanten gericht adviseren;
  • cijfers vertalen naar duidelijke informatie voor ondernemers;
  • klantenbesprekingen voorbereiden en, wanneer je dat wenst, zelf voeren;
  • minder ervaren collega’s begeleiden bij de voorbereiding van jouw dossiers;
  • de kwaliteit en timing van de dossiers bewaken.

Je precieze verantwoordelijkheden worden afgestemd op jouw ervaring. Wil je vooral zelfstandig dossiers beheren? Dat kan. Neem je graag een coachende rol op en wil je verder groeien richting supervisor? Dan krijg je daar eveneens de ruimte voor.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we geen starter, maar iemand die de werking van een accountantskantoor kent en dossiers steeds zelfstandiger wil beheren.

Je beschikt over:

  • minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor;
  • een goede boekhoudkundige basis;
  • voldoende fiscale kennis om aangiftes en afsluitingen correct te verzorgen;
  • een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy-fiscaliteit, een economische richting of een gelijkwaardige opleiding;
  • een nauwkeurige en georganiseerde manier van werken;
  • het vermogen om zelfstandig prioriteiten te bepalen en deadlines op te volgen;
  • een professionele en toegankelijke manier van communiceren.

Ervaring met Adsolut, Silverfin, Accon of Clearfacts is mooi meegenomen. Werkte je nog niet met deze programma’s? Dan krijg je hiervoor de nodige opleiding.

Een ITAA-titel is geen vereiste. Wil je die behalen, dan word je tijdens dat traject actief ondersteund.
