Baertplan is een kleinschalig en onafhankelijk verzekeringskantoor in Roeselare. Met een hecht team van vier collega’s zetten we elke dag in op persoonlijk contact en kwalitatieve service. Wij kiezen bewust voor een persoonlijke aanpak: we kennen onze klanten, overleggen dagelijks met elkaar en zorgen samen voor een brede dienstverlening.

Door onze groei en een uitbreiding van onze portefeuille zijn we op zoek naar een extra collega.

Jouw rol?

Als dossierbeheerder werk je nauw samen met je collega’s en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klantenportefeuille.

Je taken zijn heel gevarieerd en gaan over:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van verzekeringsdossiers voor particulieren (later eventueel ook KMO’s)
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij verschillende verzekeringsmaatschappijen: je analyseert kritisch alle voorstellen en onderhandelt waar nodig
  • Opstellen van duidelijke voorstellen op maat van de klant
  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van dossiers in ons beheerpakket (BRIO)
  • Aanpassen en optimaliseren van bestaande polissen
  • Klanten professioneel en warm te woord staan, zowel telefonisch als op kantoor

Op termijn krijg je de kans om je verder te verdiepen in schadedossiers, afhankelijk van je interesse.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een collega die zich thuis voelt in een kleinere, collegiale omgeving en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt 2 jaar of meer ervaring in de verzekeringssector (of bank/verzekeringen)
  • Je hebt een hoger diploma in een financiële richting
  • Je werkt graag gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je denkt kritisch mee en zoekt actief naar de beste oplossing voor je klant
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt ook vlot met je collega’s
  • Je bent klantgericht, discreet en communicatief
  • Je hebt voeling met IT-Toepassingen (kennis van BRIO is een plus)
