Onze klant is een levensverzekeringen- en kredietmaatschappij die haar klanten bijstaat in de opbouw van hun vermogen. Zij biedt verzekeringen met gewaarborgd kapitaal en interest aan (Tak 21 en Tak 26), evenals verzekeringen verbonden aan fondsen (Tak 23). Het is een levensverzekeringsmaatschappij die kan terugkijken op bijna een eeuw ervaring met hypotheken en het beheer van spaargelden. Het bedrijf heeft in de afgelopen jaren ook haar focus gelegd op hernieuwbare energie en immobiliën.

Als Dossierbeheerder Hypotheken ben je verantwoordelijk voor een proactief en efficiënt beheer van hypothecaire dossiers.

Wat betekent dit concreet?

Onder leiding van de Directeur Servicing & Collections en in een team van 10 medewerkers zijn dit de taken die je moet uitvoeren:

  • Het opstellen van documenten, zoals ontwerpaktes, die aan de notaris worden verstrekt.
  • Administratieve opvolging vóór en na het verlijden van de authentieke akte, met speciale aandacht voor de naleving van de voorwaarden van het kredietcomité en de financiële afhandeling.
  • Communicatie met klanten, makelaars en notarissen.
  • Opstellen van afrekeningen / handlichtingen.
  • Algemeen beheer van hypothecaire dossiers.
  • Bachelor Rechten of een grondige ervaring in hypothecair dossierbeheer. Kandidaten met een economisch georienteerd diploma met interesse in juridische onderwerpen worden ook in overweging genomen.
  • Een FSMA-certificatie is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
  • Kandidaten moeten zich vloeiend kunnen uitdrukken in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
