Als Dossierbeheerder - Bijstandsverlener kom je terecht in het Medical Back Office team en ondersteun je onze klanten die geconfronteerd worden met verwondingen, hospitalisatie of ziekte in het buitenland.

Jouw taken:

  • Eerste contact te onderhouden met klanten die medische bijstand nodig hebben.
  • Medische dossiers op te volgen in overleg met de betrokken arts.
  • Relevante informatie te verzamelen bij klanten, ziekenhuizen en andere partners om dossiers volledig te maken.
  • Medische repatriëringen te organiseren in samenwerking met jouw collega’s.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring hebben in een vergelijkbare functie in de bijstandsverlening of als dossierbeheerder in de medische sector.
  • Zich uitstekend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels kunnen uitdrukken. Kennis van bijkomende talen is een pluspunt.
  • Hulpvaardig ingesteld zijn en de nodige empathie aan de dag leggen.
  • Efficiënt kunnen omgaan met piekmomenten en deze situaties op een stressbestendige manier weten aan te pakken.
  • Oplossingsgericht denken en een geruststellend gevoel aan de klanten kunnen bezorgen.
  • Over sterke communicatievaardigheden beschikken en kunnen omgaan met frequente – soms ook moeilijke – telefonische contacten met diverse partijen (klant, externe partners,…).
  • Bereid zijn om in een variabel uurrooster te werken van maandag tot zondag tussen 7u30 en 23u.
