Wat houdt de job in?

Als Dossierbeheerder Payroll ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige loonverwerking van werknemers, studenten en flexi-jobbers bij onze klanten.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Correct en tijdig verwerken van payrollgegevens in het systeem
  • Beheer van personeelsgegevens: contracten, prestaties en afwezigheden
  • Controle van ingevoerde data en loonberekeningen
  • Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en sociale documenten
  • Toepassen en opvolgen van de Belgische sociale wetgeving
  • Berekenen en controleren van lonen (bruto-netto, vakantiegeld, eindejaarspremies, opzegvergoedingen, …)
  • Doorvoeren van correcties waar nodig

Over ons

Horecaplus is ontstaan op vraag van de werkgevers uit de horecasector. Werkgevers die op zoek zijn naar persoonlijke benadering, advies op maat en een vlotte loonadministratie. Wij streven er naar om de snel wijzigende en complexe wetgeving duidelijk te formuleren en na te gaan hoe we deze wetgeving het beste kunnen toepassen in uw zaak.

Door onze unieke dienstverlening betekenen wij voor horeca-uitbaters een absolute meerwaarde. Horecaplus is dan ook veel meer dan een sociaal bureau.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent een nauwkeurige en cijfermatige professional die energie haalt uit correct en gestructureerd werken.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in payroll en/of sociale wetgeving, of je bent een gemotiveerde starter met een bachelor (personeelswerk, office management, rechtspraktijk, …)
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je gaat discreet en correct om met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met MS Office en andere tools
  • Je leert snel nieuwe systemen aan
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt mee met klanten en collega’s
  • Je zoekt een voltijdse of 4/5de tewerkstelling binnen daguren (ma–vr, uitzonderlijk zaterdag)
