The posting

Elia is de beheerder van het Belgische hoogspanningsnet van 380 kV tot 30 kV. Elia staat in voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van dit net, maakt het toegankelijk voor de gebruikers en regelt de energiestromen. De Elia groep heeft een team van 2000 professionals die als opdracht hebben de continuïteit van de elektriciteitsbevoorrading in België en een deel van Duitsland te waarborgen. Als eigenaar en beheerder van de transmissienetten in België en Duitsland heeft Elia een belangrijke rol en opdracht in het ondersteunen en concretiseren van het Europees energie- en klimaatbeleid.

Functiebeschrijving

De gezochte rol maakt deel uit van het Property-team en staat in voor het beheer van dossiers en data met betrekking tot het vastgoedpatrimonium in Vlaanderen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het beheer en de actualisering van databanken met betrekking tot het vastgoedpatrimonium: aanmaak van dossiers op een digitaal platform (e-core), nauwkeurige invoer van gegevens met betrekking tot de dossiers (percelen, zakelijke en persoonlijke rechten, bedragen (EUR) gelinkt aan de waarde van vastgoed en/of transacties, …), waarborgen van de toegankelijkheid van de databanken, terbeschikkingstelling van documenten op de server en gestructureerde klassering van deze documenten (vergunningen, overeenkomsten, akten, …), zodat de informatie vlot toegankelijk is voor het volledige team.
  • Het opzoeken en communiceren van informatie met betrekking tot het patrimonium van Elia: analyse en controle van informatieaanvragen, formuleren van duidelijke antwoorden en naleving van de vooropgestelde termijnen.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten, zowel intern (verschillende departementen van Elia zoals controlling, boekhouding, juridische dienst, operationele teams, enz.) als extern (opstarten van aanvragen bij de Administratie van het Kadaster, contacten met notarissen voor het verlijden van authentieke akten en de formalisatie van contracten en overeenkomsten).
  • In het kader van externe contacten: controle en correctie van informatie, nazicht van inhoud en vorm bij het opstellen van ontwerpakten, organisatie en opvolging van notariële akten, evenals de opvolging van de betalingen die hiermee verband houden.
  • Notarieel luik (versterkt profiel): Voorbereiden, nalezen en opvolgen van ontwerpakten Coördinatie met notarissen bij het verlijden van authentieke akten Controle van juridische inhoud en vormvereisten Opvolging van handtekeningen, registratie en overschrijving van akten Opvolging van betalingen gekoppeld aan transacties
  • Beheer van economische compensatieovereenkomsten: Administratieve opvolging van compensatieovereenkomsten afgesloten door Elia Beheer van bijhorende documentatie en databanken Opvolgen van betalingen en contractuele verplichtingen

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor (bij voorkeur juridisch) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in het notariaat is een sterke troef (dossierbeheerder / notarieel medewerker)
  • Sterke interesse in vastgoed en juridische materies
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende kennis van het Frans
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en autonoom
  • Sterk organisatievermogen en prioriteitenbeheer
  • In staat om complexe projecten op lange termijn op te volgen
  • Teamspeler met zin voor initiatief
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
