Jouw functie als Dossierbeheerder Verzekeringen

Als dossierbeheerder verzekeringen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en commerciële opvolging van verzekeringsdossiers. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt hen op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier.

Je combineert dossierbeheer met klantencontact en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct en efficiënt wordt opgevolgd.

Jouw takenpakket als Dossierbeheerder Verzekeringen

  • Beheer en opvolging van verzekeringsdossiers
  • Klanten adviseren rond verzekeringsoplossingen
  • Opmaak en verwerking van contracten en documenten
  • Contact met klanten, maatschappijen en collega’s
  • Klanten begeleiden bij vragen of schadegevallen
  • Opportuniteiten detecteren en basisadvies geven
  • Correct doorverwijzen naar collega-specialisten waar nodig
  • To-do’s en administratieve opvolging nauwkeurig afwerken
