Ben jij nauwkeurig, stressbestendig, communicatief vaardig en heb je een passie voor douane? Beschik je over een goede dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en weet je van aanpakken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Douanedeclarant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig verzorgen van douaneaangiften voor onze klanten. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, collega's, vervoerders en diverse overheidsinstanties. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederenstromen volgens de geldende douanewetgeving worden afgehandeld en weet snel te schakelen wanneer zich bijzonderheden of problemen voordoen. Binnen deze functie krijg je onder andere te maken met invoer-, uitvoer- en transit-aangiften , maar ook met goederen waarvoor aanvullende regelgeving en controles van toepassing zijn. Ervaring met NVWA-goederen en perishables is hierbij een belangrijke pré. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt in oplossingen en bent in staat om onder tijdsdruk de juiste beslissingen te nemen. Je houdt ontwikkelingen binnen de douanewetgeving goed bij en weet deze kennis toe te passen in de dagelijkse praktijk. We zoeken een medewerker met werkervaring binnen de douane met de volgende persoonskenmerken : - Je hebt een nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke werkmentaliteit; - Je beschikt over goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je bent stressbestendig en raakt niet snel in paniek; - Je bent initiatiefrijk en denkt in oplossingen; - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer; - Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor kwaliteit en compliance; - Je kunt goed omgaan met tijdsdruk en veranderende prioriteiten.
