Abteilung: Drink Equipment Operations

Arbeitsausmaß: Vollzeit - 38,5h / Woche

Startdatum: ab sofort

Als einer der führenden heimischen Getränkepartner versorgt Coca-Cola HBC Österreich den gesamten österreichischen Markt mit einem auf die Bedürfnisse von rund 60.000 Kundinnen und Kunden abgestimmten Produktsortiment - 24 Stunden am Tag, sieben Tage die Woche.

DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN:

* Du führst und entwickelst das Kundendiensttechniker:in Team und förderst eine leistungsstarke sowie kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Du initiierst, steuerst und leitest bereichsübergreifende Projekte - von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung

* Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen, internationalen Teams und externen Servicepartnern zusammen und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit

* Du treibst Innovationen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran und entwickelst Prozesse sowie Organisationsstrukturen nachhaltig weiter

* Du erstellst den Business Plan, verantwortest das Budget und setzt Maßnahmen zur Produktivitäts- und Kostenoptimierung um

* Du analysierst mit deinem Team relevante KPIs, leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und stellst die Erreichung der definierten Service- und Kostenziele sicher

SIND DAS DEINE GEHEIMEN ZUTATEN?

* Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams mit

* Du denkst lösungsorientiert, strebst kontinuierlich nach Optimierung und Effizienz und gehst Veränderungen offen und proaktiv an

* Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Service-, Partner- oder Logistikmanagement

* Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und verfügst über ausgeprägte Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Du denkst wirtschaftlich, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick

* Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke und baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern auf

* Du handelst lösungsorientiert, treibst Veränderungen aktiv voran und begeisterst dein Team für gemeinsame Ziele

Gehalt:

Für diese Position bieten wir ein attraktives, marktgerechtes Gehalt. Wenn du die oben genannten Voraussetzungen erfüllst, kannst du mit einem attraktiven Gehalt von EUR 85.000,- brutto /Jahr (ausgehend von einer Vollzeitstelle/38,5 Wochenstunden, exkl. variablen Bonus, ALL-in ) rechnen. Entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine höhere Überzahlung möglich. Das letztgültige Gehalt klären wir in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
