Heb jij interesse in de grafische sector en werk je graag met moderne drukpersen? Ben je nauwkeurig, technisch aangelegd en gemotiveerd om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren? Wil je bovendien doorgroeien en op termijn zelf als drukker aan de slag gaan? Dan is deze vacature als hulpdrukker misschien iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

Als hulpdrukker ondersteun je de drukker bij het bedienen van de drukpersen en draag je bij aan een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de planning wordt gevolgd en de afgewerkte producten aan de kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je ondersteunt bij de opstart en afstelling van de drukpersen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en uniformiteit van het drukwerk.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en gebruikt daarbij onder andere densitometrie.
  • Je herkent veelvoorkomende technische en kwaliteitsproblemen en helpt deze op te lossen of te voorkomen.
  • Je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit aan de drukpersen.
  • Je controleert de binnenkomende grondstoffen, zoals papier, inkt, rubberdoeken en drukplaten.
  • Je helpt mee om de productie efficiënt te laten verlopen en de continuïteit van de machines te garanderen.
  • Je leert verschillende taken binnen de drukkerijafdeling aan, zodat je op meerdere werkposten inzetbaar bent.

Wanneer je de verschillende processen goed beheerst, krijg je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar de functie van drukker wanneer er een vacature beschikbaar is.

  • Je hebt een grafische opleiding gevolgd en beschikt over inzicht in het grafische drukproces.
  • Je leert vlot nieuwe productiemethoden en machines aan.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een drieploegensysteem te werken.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt veilig, ordelijk en netjes.
  • Je staat open voor nieuwe uitdagingen en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen.
