Ervaren Werfleider – DuraConnect

DuraConnect is gespecialiseerd in gestructureerde databekabeling. Van klassieke RJ45 koperbekabeling zoals Cat.6, Cat.6A, Cat.7 en Cat.8 tot de nieuwste technologieën in MultiMode OM4/OM5 en SingleMode OS2 Fiber Optic bekabeling. Ook oplossingen op maat, zoals Fiber-to-the-Office (FttO) en Fiber-to-the-Desk (FttD), behoren tot onze expertise.

Met meer dan 25 jaar ervaring bij onze key medewerkers is DuraConnect, ondanks haar jonge karakter, een gevestigde waarde in het vakgebied. Om onze werven verder professioneel te begeleiden, zoeken we een ervaren werfleider die techniek, organisatie en teamwerk weet te combineren.

Takenpakket

Als ervaren werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging en coördinatie van onze werven. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werken vlot, veilig en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

• Dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van techniekers op de werf

• Organiseren, plannen en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden

• Bewaken van timing, kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement

• Voorbereiden van de werf in overleg met projectleiding en klant

• Lezen en interpreteren van plannen, netwerkschema’s en as-built dossiers

• Controleren van uitgevoerde werken, zoals kabeltrajecten, racks, verdeelkasten, aansluitpunten en patchpanelen

• Opvolgen van montagewerken, bekabeling en afwerking volgens de juiste standaarden

• Detecteren en oplossen van praktische of technische problemen op de werf

• Communicatie met klanten, onderaannemers, leveranciers en collega’s

• Opvolgen van materiaal, bestellingen en leveringen op de werf

• Toezien op correcte labeling, testen en documentatie van de bekabeling

• Rapporteren aan de projectleider of zaakvoerder

• Meewerken waar nodig en het goede voorbeeld geven op de werf

• Opvolgen van veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer

• Ondersteunen bij de oplevering en nazorg van projecten

Je profiel

• Je hebt ervaring als werfleider binnen elektriciteit, databekabeling, telecom, fiber of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan plannen, schema’s en as-built documenten correct interpreteren

• Je weet hoe je een team aanstuurt, motiveert en ondersteunt

• Je werkt gestructureerd, veilig en kwaliteitsgericht

• Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is

• Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten, collega’s en externe partners

• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid

• Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en springt bij waar nodig

• Je werkt kostenbewust, ordelijk en efficiënt

• Je hebt oog voor detail en afwerking

• Je bent flexibel en kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen op de werf

• Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B

• Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands

Diploma

• TSO Elektriciteit

• TSO Elektro-mechanica A2

• Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektronica-ICT of gelijkwaardig

• Of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
