Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve zorg van dossiers in verschillende rechtsdomeinen na de ondertekening van de akte:

  • Bijhouden van het repertorium;
  • Elektronische registratie van akten;
  • Inschrijving in de centrale registers;
  • Boeken van registratie-en hypotheekformaliteiten;
  • Opmaak en afleveren van grossen, afschriften en kopijen van akten en stukken;

Je behandelt telefonische oproepen en beheert diverse mailboxen
