La Clinique Psychiatrique des Frères Alexiens, reconnue pour son approche humaniste et son expertise en soins psychiatriques, recherche un éducateur/éducatrice passionné(e) pour rejoindre l’équipe éducative, dont le rôle repose sur plusieurs missions essentielles visant à accueillir et accompagner les patients souffrant de troubles mentaux tout en favorisant leur bien-être et leur réinsertion sociale dans un cadre sécurisé et bienveillant. Votre fonction :

En collaboration étroite avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires, et sous la responsabilité du responsable de l’équipe éducative, vous :

  • Accueillez et accompagnez les patients et leurs proches dès leur arrivée sur le site par une écoute active et bienveillante, un soutien dans les activités de la vie quotidienne, la participation au travail des équipes de soins, l’aide à la mise en place d’un cadre de vie adapté au retour à domicile….
  • Travaillez avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires en collaborant avec les psychiatres, psychologues, infirmiers, assistants sociaux et autres professionnels de la santé et ce grâce à vos observations objectives.
  • Participez aux activités soignantes via l’aide aux patients lors des soins corporels et d’hygiène quotidiens, l’aide aux besoins de base ou l’attention au confort général et ce, dans toutes nos unités.
  • Mettez en place et animez des activités thérapeutiques par l’organisation d’ateliers éducatifs et thérapeutiques afin de développer l’autonomie des patients et l’adaptation des activités aux capacités et aux besoins spécifiques des patients.
  • Réalisez des tâches administratives : Tenir à jour des dossiers patients informatisés (DPI), rédaction de divers formulaires et documents d’activités et de suivis.
