Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Voor onze mooie Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz vestiging in Oud-Beijerland zijn wij opzoek naar een nieuwe collega die ons komt versterken in de werkplaats als technisch specialist. Samen met je 5 collega monteurs zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de reparatie en onderhoud aan de verschillende modellen auto's van onze klanten. Dit zijn met name auto's van het merk Mercedes-Benz maar door de premium service die wij onze klanten bieden, kunnen het ook auto's van andere merken zijn. Jij bent binnen het team de specialist op het gebied voor de diagnoses en reparaties bij (complexe) mechanische en elektrische storingen. Hierbij is het belangrijk dat jij graag je handen uit de mouwen steekt en de klantverwachting wil overtreffen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Opsporen en verhelpen van technische storingen; Opvolgen van alle bijkomende werkzaamheden en contact die voortvloeien uit de diagnoses; Te woord staan van klanten om de juiste diagnose te kunnen stellen of uitleg te geven over een reparatie. Wie ben jij? Je bent een echte vakspecialist en hebt een grote interesse voor Mercedes-Benz. Het is fijn als je dit specialisme hebt opgedaan door je opleiding of werkervaring. Het belangrijkste in deze functie is dat je zelfstandig aan de slag kunt, je een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel hebt en streeft naar een hoge klanttevredenheid. Je vindt het leuk vindt om jezelf te ontwikkelen en je andere collega's mee te nemen en te coachen. Daarnaast herken je je in het onderstaande profiel: Afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding tot diagnose specialist; Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als eerste autotechnicus; Fulltime beschikbaarheid heeft de voorkeur.
