De EHS afdeling zorgt voor een veilige, gezonde en milieubewuste werkomgeving. Collega s implementeren programma s om risico s te beheersen, voeren inspecties uit, ontwikkelen beleid en zorgen dat wet en regelgeving wordt nageleefd. Als EHS Officer werk je aan het opzetten, verbeteren en borgen van het EHS managementsysteem. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor EHS vraagstukken en geeft richting aan beleid, cultuur en compliance. Je maakt deel uit van de EHS afdeling rapporteert aan de Manager Environment, Health and (bio) Safety.

Wat ga je doen? Opstellen, implementeren en continue verbeteren van beleid, standaarden, richtlijnen en actieplannen met betrekking tot safety, health en environment; In samenwerking met de Director EHS vormgeven van een sustainability strategie; Verbeteren en ontwikkelen van de SHE cultuur, o.a. door geven van feedback, ongevraagd en gevraagd advies, opstellen van plan van aanpak; Uitvoeren en faciliteren van risicoanalyses; Integreren van risico management en systematiek in het management systeem; Rapporteren en afhandelen van incidenten, ongevallen en calamiteiten; Begeleiden (van de projectleider bij het) aanvragen, wijzigen en beëindigen van vergunningen; Adviseren en ondersteunen bij vigerende vergunningen en vergunningsaanvragen; Adviseren van management en medewerkers over veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu, rekening houdend met kosten en effectiviteit; Adviseren van verantwoordelijk management en verantwoordelijke medewerkers bij opgetreden incidenten, ongevallen en calamiteiten; Ontwikkelen en geven van trainingen; Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van audits, externe-/leveranciersbeoordelingen en begeleiden van externe audits; Ontwikkelen van in- en externe communicatie processen op het gebied van EHS zaken; Begeleiden van constructie- en verbouwprojecten t.a.v. EHS aspecten; Beoordelen van ontwerp, bouw- en productieprocessen t.a.v. EHS aspecten.
