Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Verantwortung für die Bereiche Umwelt, Gesundheit und Arbeitssicherheit am Standort Linz

* Koordination und Umsetzung der EHS-Compliance-Anforderungen

* Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit und zur Reduzierung von Arbeitsunfällen

* Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des EHS-Managementsystems gemäß ISO 14001 und ISO 45001

* Unterstützung bei Unfallanalysen, Root Cause Analysen und der Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

* Planung und Durchführung interner Audits sowie Unterstützung bei externen Audits

* Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen inkl. Wirksamkeitsüberprüfung

* Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Linzer Managementteam sowie der globalen EHS-Organisation

* Betreuung umweltrelevanter Themen einschließlich Behördenmeldungen, Abfallmanagement und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der EHS-Dokumentation sowie Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen

Wir erwarten

* Abgeschlossene technische oder fachspezifische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/UNI)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Environment, Health & Safety oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Ausgebildete Sicherheitsfachkraft

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz sowie der relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen

* Gute Kenntnisse der Managementsysteme nach ISO 14001 und ISO 45001

* Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen und Freude an der Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Qualitätsorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
