OVER USMB

Umicore Speciality Materials Brugge, gevestigd in West-Vlaanderen, produceert basismaterialen voor verven, inkt, petrochemie en industriële katalysatoren, onder andere voor de bandensector. Het zeer uitgebreide assortiment omvat zowel eindproducten als grondstoffen. De productie wordt gekenmerkt door verschillende opeenvolgende processen en geïndustrialiseerde chemische reacties.

WAT JE GAAT DOEN

Als EHS Security Coordinator ondersteun en versterk je het veiligheids-, milieu- en securitybeleid van onze site. Je werkt actief mee aan de ontwikkeling, implementatie en continue verbetering van processen en procedures die bijdragen aan een veilige en conforme werkomgeving.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het uitwerken, implementeren en optimaliseren van EHS- en securityprocedures.
  • Het beheren en opvolgen van procesveiligheidsstudies en risico-analyses.
  • Het waken over veiligheidsgerelateerde werkdocumenten zoals werkvergunningen, vuurvergunningen en LOTOTO-procedures en het valideren ervan.
  • Het uitvoeren en opvolgen van inspecties, controles, metingen en onderhoud van door EHS beheerde installaties en apparatuur en het waken over de wettelijke en intern vastgelegde inspecties en keuringen.
  • Het beheer van veiligheidsdocumentatie en het verzekeren van wettelijke rapportering (oa. Indienststellingen)
  • De opvolging van incidentmeldingen en het bewaken van corrigerende acties.
  • Het verzamelen, beheren en rapporteren van ESG-gerelateerde data.
  • Het opstellen en onderhouden van het site securityplan.
  • Het sensibiliseren, informeren en begeleiden van medewerkers op vlak van EHS en security.
  • De administratie gerelateerd aan de functie EHS.

WIE WE ZOEKEN

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste relevante ervaring binnen EHS, veiligheid of een technische omgeving.
  • Je bent preventieadviseur niveau 2 of 3, of je bent gemotiveerd om de opleiding PA II te volgen.
  • Je hebt interesse in veiligheidswetgeving, risicobeheer en procesveiligheid.
  • Kennis van productie-installaties is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
