In deze veelzijdige sleutelrol werk je op het snijvlak van operations, IT en dienstverlening. Je helpt Alvero verder groeien en professionaliseren, terwijl je tegelijkertijd een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de verdere ontwikkeling van alle processen binnen Alvero. Je vertaalt wensen vanuit voornamelijk collega's en klanten naar praktische oplossingen, begeleidt IT-projecten en zorgt ervoor dat processen optimaal ondersteund worden door slimme software en duidelijke werkwijzen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met operationele teams, klanten en externe IT-partners in Nederland, Duitsland en Frankrijk. Wat ga je doen? - Optimaliseren en verder professionaliseren van operationele processen. - Vertalen van klantwensen naar concrete functionaliteiten voor programmeurs en IT-partners. - Doorontwikkelen van belangrijke IT-platformen, waaronder: - klantportalen/websites - maatwerk backoffice-applicaties - mobiele handheld-applicaties - Initiëren en begeleiden van IT- en softwareprojecten binnen Alvero. - Instrueren en trainen van collega's en klanten in het gebruik van softwareoplossingen. - Verbeteringen ophalen vanuit gebruikerservaringen en deze omzetten naar nieuwe toepassingen. - Coachen en ondersteunen van operationele dienstverlening en bewaken van voortgang op projecten. - Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor proces gerelateerde vraagstukken binnen NL, DE en FR. - Signaleren van kansen voor nieuwe dienstverlening aansluitend op bestaande systemen en processen.
