Führungskraft für Büro & Außendienst (m/w/d)

Wir stehen für absolute Verlässlichkeit im Metallhandel und ein echtes, familiäres Miteinander. Im Zuge unserer Weiterentwicklung suchen wir eine dynamische, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Rolle agieren Sie sowohl operativ im Innendienst als auch im strategischen Außendienst.

IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

BÜRO & INNENDIENST

* Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Abwicklung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs.

* Metall Ein- & Verkauf: Selbstständige kaufmännische Abwicklung von Handelsgeschäften im Metallbereich.

* Kompetente, vertrauensvolle Betreuung unserer Kund_innen und Lieferant_innen.

STRATEGISCHER AUSSENDIENST

* Großkund_innenbetreuung: Professionelle Pflege und strategischer Ausbau unserer Key Accounts direkt vor Ort.

* Marktbeobachtung: Kontinuierliche Analyse von Markttrends zur Identifikation neuer Potenziale.

* Preisverhandlung: Souveräne Führung von Verhandlungen auf Augenhöhe mit Großkund_innen und Partner_innen.

IHR PROFIL

* Ausbildung: Erfolgreich absolvierte Matura (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HTL, BWL oder IT).

* Quereinstieg: Hohe Motivation schlägt starre Lebensläufe - Quereinsteiger_innen sind herzlich willkommen!

* Mobilität: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B für die Außendiensttätigkeit.

* Persönlichkeit: Ein selbstbewusstes, gewinnendes Auftreten gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke.

* Mindset: Ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine gesunde Portion Humor.

* Einwandfreier Leumund (Auszug Strafregister)

* Infrastruktur: Hervorragende Erreichbarkeit des Arbeitsplatzes (öffentlich optimal angebunden oder eigene Parkmöglichkeiten).

* Vergütung: Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt beträgt EUR 4.500,- brutto pro Monat (Basis Vollzeit). Eine marktkonforme Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung für uns selbstverständlich.
