Ich begleite Bewerber:innen bei ihrer Jobsuche in den Bereichen gewerblich, kaufmännisch und technisch - von Spezialist:innen bis zu Hilfskräften.

Im Auftrag eines Kunden im Raum Perg suche ich 1 Einkäufer/in Aufgabenbereiche:

* Gesamtverantwortung für den Einkauf sowie laufende Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsstrategie

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Lieferantenmanagements - von der Auswahl und Bewertung bis hin zur langfristigen Zusammenarbeit

* Führung von Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen sowie Identifikation von Einsparungs- und Optimierungspotenzialen

* Weiterentwicklung bestehender Beschaffungsquellen und Identifikation geeigneter Alternativen

* Erkennen und Bewerten möglicher Liefer- und Beschaffungsrisiken

* Steuerung von Bedarfen, Beständen und Bestellmengen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team

* Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Warenverfügbarkeit

* Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Verfügbarkeiten sowie Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungen bei Lieferengpässen

* Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Einkaufsprozesse sowie Einbringung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und Förderung effizienter Abläufe

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement sowie in Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen

* B2 - Gute Englischkenntnisse

* C1 - Kompetente Deutschkenntnisse

* sehr gute MS Office -Anwendungskenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Analytisches und wirtschaftliches Denken

* Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick

* Gewählte und professionelle Ausdrucksweise
