3-Schicht In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für das termingerechte Rüsten von unseren Produktionsanlagen. Sie arbeiten selbständig, sind aber integriert in einem erfahrenen Produktionsteam. Durch Ihre Einsatzbereitschaft und Ihr Fachwissen leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg.

Sie begeistern sich für...

* Umrüsten, Optimieren und Einrichten von Montage- und Schäumanlagen

* Begleitung neuer Produktionsanläufe sowie Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender

* Durchführung und Dokumentation von Erstfreigaben und serienbegleitenden Prüfungen

* Behebung von Prozessstörungen

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktion

* Entwicklungsperspektive zum Schichtleiter oder Prozessoptimierer

...und bringen folgende Qualifikationen mit?

* Eine abgeschlossene technische (prozesstechnische) Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikation

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert

* Staplerschein von Vorteil

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (3-er Schicht)
