Um eine nachhal... 1 Einsatzleiter:in HKLS - Baustellensteuerung Als Einsatzleiter:in HKLS bei Heizma bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektplanung, Montageteams und Kund:innen.

Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Projekte - von Wärmepumpen bis zu Klimaanlagen - reibungslos, effizient und in Top-Qualität umgesetzt werden.

Du übernimmst die tägliche Steuerung der Montageteams, koordinierst Subunternehmen und bist die erste Ansprechperson für Monteure und Kund:innen vor Ort. Wenn etwas fehlt oder nicht läuft wie geplant, bist du der/diejenige, der/die schnell Lösungen findet - statt Probleme weiterzureichen.

Kurz gesagt: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Baustellen laufen - effizient, sauber und ohne Drama.

Aufgaben * Planung der Tages- und Wochenabläufe unserer Heizma Montageteams. * Organisation und Abarbeitung von Nacharbeiten. * Koordination von Subunternehmen (Elektro, Fundament, Inbetriebnahme). * Kontrolle und Übergabe der Montagemappe inkl. Vollständigkeits- und Material-Check. * Troubleshooting vor Ort: Ad-hoc-Beschaffung, Kundenfeedback, schnelle Problemlösung. * Eskalation & Reporting bei Abweichungen, Ausfällen oder Engpässen. * Feedback an Projektmanager:innen bei wiederkehrenden Planungsfehlern. * Durchführung von technischen Besichtigungen bei Bedarf.

Qualifikation * Erfahrung in technischer Einsatzplanung, Bauleitung oder Handwerkskoordination (z. B. in HKLS, Elektro, PV, Bauwesen) * Organisationstalent mit Freude an Struktur, Kalendern, Abläufen, um mehrere Teams parallel zu steuern. * Eigenverantwortliches Handeln und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz - du packst an, statt zu delegieren * Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Monteuren, Subunternehmen und Kund:innen. * Technisches Grundverständnis: Du weißt, wie eine Wärmepumpen-Installation abläuft und worauf es ankommt * Führerschein B (Einsätze vor Ort gehören dazu).
